REFUND POLICY

1. Customer Satisfaction

We strive for complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the services provided, you may request a refund within 5 days of service purchase. Refunds requested after 5 days will not be granted.

2. Refund Processing

Upon approval of a refund request, the credit may take 7–10 working days to appear in your bank account after initiation.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • You may request cancellation, but the company reserves the right to retain fees for work already done.

  • If service processing has commenced, full cancellation refunds may not be provided.

  • In case of Refund, a cancellation fee of 20% + earned fee + fee paid to government or any third party would be applicable.

4. Refund Conditions

Refunds are only issued if services fail to be delivered due to reasons attributable to our side. Fees already earned for work performed (including processing and resource costs) are non-refundable. Government or third-party fees are also not refundable.

5. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, technical issues, governmental actions).
